He is a Master Trainer and Coach of the world-renowned LIFO® system of behavioural profiling and development, which focuses on how people naturally behave, and how to use their innate strengths to build better relationships and boost revenue growth.

A former Miller Heiman Independent Sales Consultant for over 10 years, Mark was licensed to facilitate and deliver the world’s largest sales performance training firm’s methodology, which he has used personally since 1995.
Mark’s sales career began with the world’s leading food service management company CompassGroup, where he moved up the ranks to become Corporate Sales Director for the business and industry sector.
He was then appointed to a number of senior roles in the facilities management market. As National Accounts director for ConnaughtGroup, in 2006 he was tasked to drive growth in the health and safety compliance sector during a period of rapid acquisition.
He was later appointed sales training and development director for the Group, where he implemented field-based training, coaching and assessment, created a common sales process for the business and introduced training programmes and methodologies.
Mark set up SellerPerformance in 2011. Since then, he’s worked with blue chip companies in a variety of sectors including facilities management, manufacturing, logistics, transport, utilities, technology, financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals and oil and gas.
